Couple Yogis have mentioned foot pain lately. I’m a big fan of Jill Millers; The Roll Model method. Since we practice Yoga with bare feet, the practice alone is great for keeping our feet healthy, the Yoga tune up balls are an excellent addition to a movement practice.
